Get creative!  Prototype your potential solution!  Once you've got something simple, take it to your customers to determine whether it is suitable for them and addresses their needs, pains and gains.

In this module, you'll be using simple materials to develop a prototype.  

The key to prototyping is that you need to treat your ideas as always needing feedback - so go to customers when you have a simple prototype and get feedback.  Then re-do the prototype continually getting feedback until customers are happy.
