Lesson 2 - Business Model Canvas

Once you have gone through the PowerPoint and watched the videos, create your own rough version of a business model canvas in the following stages.  At the conclusion of each stage, present it to a partner and get ideas.  Make note of the dicsussion/collaboration in your notes.

Stage 1 - Customer Segments, Value Proposition, Channels, Customer relationships

Stage 2 - Key resources, Key activities, Key partnerships

Stage 3 - Revenue Streams, Cost structures

You may need to evaluate whether the business model you're using is going to work.  If it is not, try another one.

When the above tasks have been completed, develop a break even analysis (or at least plan what you need), for your business idea.
